Our human capabilities are so vast and amazing, such that we have only begun to scratch the surface of what is humanly possible. One downside of living in a high tech world is that we seem to have lost some of the sense of magic and wonder at simple delights. We’ve squeezed the humanity right out of our lives.

It’s not a big surprise to learn that the most popular places to work nowadays are not only the most profitable, but the MOST FUN. They have found ways to bring back playfulness into the workplace and joy into being colleagues, collaborators and co-creators. Apple, Zappos and Google are a few mentioned often.

Not only can using thinking frameworks grease the wheels of easy, fun and productive collaborations, but understanding the dynamics of the perceptual framework also helps you understand why things happen as they do. Why is it that FUN, or the perception of it, translates to higher productivity? What is going on here?

Next I’ll introduce you to the InSight Framework, a continuation of the discussion on perception and perspective started earlier in our journey together.

Meanwhile, go have some fun! Or replay the video link, and enjoy!
